Senior Corporate Finance Analyst (SCFA-C006)

 As the Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, you shall report to the Group CFO; have overall responsibility for business planning, analysis and financial modeling; and evaluation of financial information to forecast business and industry conditions and the provision of financial analysis to support key management decisions.

Job Responsibilities

·         Candidate shall be responsible for the coordination of merger and acquisition due diligence and also executes by assessing base business valuation, quantifying synergies and risks.

·         Ensure effective management decision-making in the Group through proper evaluation and analysis of project, strategic/commercial initiatives and business plans and manage financial planning.

Job Requirement

·         Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

·         6 years of working experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

·         Understands trends, opportunities and challenges as they present themselves, regulations relating to the manufacturing industry.

·         Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, etc.)

·         Understanding of macroeconomic indices and their impacts on the business.

·         Commendable ethical standards and good integrity.

Group Head of Treasury (GHTR-C003)

Reporting to the Group CFO; ensures an effective management of the company’s liquidity; investment portfolio; loans and debt profiles; financial and currency risks assessments across the Group.

Main Job Responsibilities

-         Candidate shall ensure judicious and effective management of Group’s liquidity with good focus on cash management and cash forecasting.

-         Ability to develop and implement strategies to anticipate financial needs at a reasonable cost in compliance with the organization goals and objectives.

-         Handles effectively, coordinated relationships with banks and investment managers.

-         Timely and accurate preparation of periodic liquidity and investment reports.

Job Qualifications, Skills and Required Experience

-         Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline.

-         Relevant professional certification (e.g. CFA/MBA in finance, ACA)

-         Sound and good understanding of micro and macroeconomic indices and its impacts on the Group’s activities.

-         Minimum of 12 years relevant experience.

-         Candidate must also have a sound understanding of debt and equity structuring.

-         Strong understanding of cash forecast model.

-         Commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity.

-         Understanding of international treasury operations, risk management and bank relationship management.

-          Leadership and people management skills.

-         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

ACCOUNT OFFICER

Qualifications
  • Candidate must have minimum of first degree with ACA or ACCA
  • Good passion for details and figures oriented
  • Good and comprehensive analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as Account Officer (preferably in FMCG company)

Job Description:

  • Candidate shall be responsible for the execution of all required documentation for overseas transactions
  • Qualify and schedule  LPO to local suppliers
  • Track all orders issued to(local suppliers) and keep accurate reports for effective and efficient delivery
  • Liaise with existing and potential stores on stock levels reports to enhance timely intervention and planning
  • Keep and maintains all records relating to all clearing activities
Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a B. Sc or HND holder in Accounting or related fields
  • Import and export clearing experience
