Job Description
Main Responsibilities
 -  Achieve Preferred Segment overall profitability target for Branch
- Appropriate and strategic planning to increase customer satisfaction and service quality in line with required standards
-   Improvement of  the branch and segment NPS scores when necessary
-   Ability to generate through referrals from other parts of the group as well as business referrals to other required/established business units
-   Responsible for the leading through organized sales presentations to groups and organizations
-   Maintain excellent customer experience and sound customer loyalty at all times
-   Ability to motivate and drive performance of the Preferred Banking team In-Branch
-   Generate with full commitment an aggressive Portfolio
-   Grow product holdings (per customer) and achieve product penetration per client targets
-   Ensures consistently, adherence to local and international regulatory policies
-   Increase the number of customers signed on to alternate channels.
-   Proffer solutions to customer complaints within the stipulated time
-   Ensures (if possible) the reactivation of dormant accounts of clients
-   Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business for the segment


Qualifications & Skills Required

-   B. Sc in a Business Degree or in any related field
-   Defined understanding of Sales and the abilities to pursue and convert opportunities reasonable and conclusive outcome
-   Remarkable and banking and financial institutional sales experience
-   Excellent financial market knowledge and competitive awareness
-   Candidate must also have a sound knowledge of banking products and services, banking procedures, laws and regulations as required
-   A Team player and with good ability to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, assertiveness and strong leadership qualities at all times
-   Good interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
